The agency has been serving the North Baltimore area for over 50 years. What started as a small office in the home of Don Miller, has expanded into a larger, more convenient location one block from downtown North Baltimore. This is the same location don pumped gas and polished cars as a teen. After operating the business for 49 years, Don retired in 2004. He now has more time to enjoy his favorite pastime-golf.

Dennis is a lifelong resident of North Baltimore. He began working in the insurance business shortly after graduating from high school and has over 25 years experience in the insurance field. Upon the retirement of his father, Don in 2004, Dennis took over the agency. He continues to operate the business under the same familiar, trusted name.
Dennis resides just outside of North Baltimore with his family. He is active in the community and belongs to various organizations, including: The North Baltimore Area Chamber of Commerce, The Rotary Club, The Lions Club, and The Masonic Lodge. Hs is also on the Board of Trustees for the The North Baltimore Public Library, The Masonic Lodge, and Westhaven Retirement Village apartments.

Brenda will greet you as you enter the agency. She has been employed with the agency for more than 11 years. Originally from Findlay, OH, she has resided in North Baltimore for over 16 years with her husband, Dan and family. She is a graduate of Owens Community College, where she majored in Office Administration. Brenda is also secretary for The North Baltimore Area Chamber of Commerce.
